P90



P90 is a 90 day body transformation program for all fitness levels and ages! P90 uses a variety of strength, cardio, and stability moves, to help you strengthen and flatten your abs, as well as strengthen and define all of your muscles.  Sectional Progression allows you to move on to more challenging workouts after 30 days.  When you have the moves mastered, you can move on to the next phase of the workout.  There are 10 new workouts arranged in 3 Progressive Phases, with each phase gradually easing your body past its limits.  You will notice a leaner and more solid look to your body after just 30 days.  After 60 days, you will begin to see muscles you haven't seen in a while.  After day 90, you can have the lean, strong body you have been dreaming about!
